PAXI Delivery

We offer nationwide shipping through PAXI.

  • Orders are dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
  • Delivery timelines are subject to PAXI's network and service schedules.
  • Customers will receive collection details and tracking information (where applicable) once their order has been dispatched.
  • Please ensure that the contact details provided at checkout are accurate, as these will be used for delivery notifications.

In-Person Collection

Customers may choose to collect their order in person at no additional shipping cost.

  • Collection details will be communicated once your order is ready.
  • Please wait for confirmation before arriving to collect your order.
  • Orders must be collected by the person named on the order unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
  • During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected delivery method.

Incorrect Information

Fold & Fire cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information. Please ensure all shipping and contact details are entered correctly when placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to PAXI, delivery is managed by their courier network. If your parcel is delayed or you experience any issues, please contact us and we will assist in tracking and resolving the matter where possible.
